Hiwi the Kiwi fishing for the future

LI: To be responsible in the sea and when fishing.
Today we had a special guest called the Minstrel at our school to teach us about how to be responsible when in the sea/ocean and when fishing. He talked about the legal size that a fish must be in order to keep it, The importance of wearing a life jacket, Why it is bad to polute our ocean with plastic, That the plastic that we throw in the ocean end up inside of seabirds, That when we put a fish on ice to make sure that the ice is salt ice and if you are ever going to pick a fish up to use a wet towel. When the Minstrel taught us about these important fishing lessons he wanted us to share them with our family members. We sang songs about the lessons and had challenges in the form of questions to teach us in a entertaining way. Also the prize that you would get for winning a challenge is shown down below.
